The ROAST is Alamosa’s newest craft coffee house that does their own coffee bean roasting in-house! Enjoy specialty craft coffee drinks, libations, assorted teas, along with breakfast, lunch, and dessert items. They also carry several a la carte items like muffins, pastries, and fresh fruit!
